Business Development

We are over here at Kuchikad House in Kunjathur. The place is actually my father's house, the late David Carnelio. It’s right in Manjeshwar. Most people around here know the area well since it’s near the post office. We started this Business Development thing just to have something going locally. It is not some big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we get things done. Some days it is quiet and other days there is a lot to catch up on. Being in Kasargod, we deal with people from all over the district. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main town but not too bad. The house has been in the family a long time. People usually just drop by if they need something. We don't really do much advertising. Most folks just hear about us through word of mouth. It works out okay for what we do. The 671323 pin code area is pretty relaxed. We try to keep the paperwork moving without making a mess of things. Sometimes the internet is slow but we manage. If you are looking for the house, just ask anyone in Kunjathur. Most of the neighbors know where the Carnelio family lives. We have been here for years. It is just a local operation run out of the home. Nothing too complicated really.
