Al Wasita Catering Abu Dhabi L.L.C.

We run our catering operations from House No 60 in Madani Nagar. That’s over in Kuttar, near Ullal in Mangalore. It is a busy kitchen most days of the week. We do a lot of food preparation and planning for various events. Even though the name mentions Abu Dhabi, we are right here on the ground in Karnataka handling the local side of things. The neighborhood of Madani Nagar is quite peaceful, which helps when we have early morning starts to get the cooking done. We deal with big pots and lots of ingredients. It is a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing boxes to go out. We don’t have a fancy storefront where you can sit down and eat. It’s more of a production hub. The staff here knows how to handle the heat in the kitchen. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors know us by the smell of the spices. It takes a lot of coordination to get meals delivered on time across Mangalore. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it gets chaotic when there are multiple orders, but we manage to get through it. It’s just honest work in the food industry. We try to keep our space clean and organized so the work flows better. No big speeches, just cooking and cleaning. We just do the work and send the food out.
