Sree Mukund in Chirakkal, Kannur. This is down in Kerala. The pin is 670011. It’s near the post office. The area is quite green compared to the big cities. We have a regular house-style building. It doesn't look like what you’d expect from a big airline name. It’s very humble. We’ve been here in Chirakkal for a while. The rain during the monsoon is really heavy, and sometimes the sound on the roof makes it hard to hear the phone. We just speak a bit louder then. It’s a quiet place mostly. Not much traffic like in the north. We see the same postman every day. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for tea. The office is simple with a few desks and chairs. People from the village come by sometimes just to ask questions about flights. We try to help them out as best as we can. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take our time and make sure things are done right. Being near the P.O. means we get our mail quickly. We like the local feel of the place. It’s calm and we get our work done without a lot of stress. It’s just how things are in this part of Kannur. No need for anything more complicated than that. It is just us here in the house by the post office, doing what needs to be done every day.
