Aim Insights The Hrd Group

Our office is in Thuminadu House, which is right in the Kunjathur area. If you know where the post office is in Manjeshwar, we are not far from there. It’s a bit of a trek for some people coming from Talapady. We focus on HRD work, mostly looking at how people work and how to help them get better at it in their jobs. It’s a small group of us here. The house itself is old but it stays cool inside even when the sun is out. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk in the main room where the big table is. Sometimes we have tea and discuss the latest insights we’ve gathered from our studies. It’s more of a research and training vibe than a big corporate office. Being located on the border of Karnataka and Kerala means we get a mix of people from different places. Language is never an issue because we all speak a bit of everything. We spend a lot of our time looking at data and trying to figure out what businesses need these days. It’s quiet work mostly. The village feel of Kunjathur makes it a peaceful place to think and write. We don't have a fancy website or a huge sign outside. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local area. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
