Swad Garden Restarunt

Our restaurant is located at the Radhanpur Bypass Circle in Mehsana. We are right in the Mehsana Industrial Estate area, specifically opposite the Samarth Complex. It’s an open garden style place because we think it feels better to eat outside when the sun goes down. We get a lot of workers from the factories nearby coming in for lunch or a quick dinner before they head home to Pachot or Dediyasan. The bypass stays busy all day and night, so there is always noise from the trucks, but you get used to it. I run this place with my family. We don't have any formal training in hospitality, we just know what tastes good. The menu is mostly North Indian dishes that are common around here. We have wooden tables spread out across the grass. Sometimes the rain messes things up and we have to move everyone inside the small building we have on the side. We don’t have fancy uniforms, just plain clothes. The staff is local and they know how to handle the rush. It’s a large plot of land, so there is plenty of room for kids to play around while the food is being prepared. We don't use a lot of marketing tricks. We just try to keep the place clean and the food hot for whoever walks through the gate. It is hard work but we are used to it.
