Pruthvi Restaurant

Pruthvi Restaurant is located in the Pruthviraj Complex on Visnagar Road in Vadnagar. It is right near the Ashish Auto Agency, which is a good landmark because everyone in the area knows where that is. Vadnagar is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we see many familiar faces throughout the week. We are in Mehsana district, and things move at a bit of a slower pace here compared to the big cities. We open up the restaurant and start the day by prepping the vegetables and getting the stove going. The complex can get quite busy with people coming and going for different chores. We are not a big chain or anything, just a local spot where people can get a meal. The dining area is simple, just tables and chairs that we have had for a while now. Sometimes the traffic on Visnagar Road gets a bit loud, especially with the buses and trucks, but you get used to the sound after a few days of working here. We focus on just serving the food and keeping the place decent for whoever comes in. It is a lot of hard work, especially when it is busy and everyone wants their food at the same time. My family helps out quite a bit with everything. We do not have a marketing team. We just rely on people walking in because they are hungry or saw the sign.
