Cascade Restaurant

You can find Cascade Restaurant out at Shankus Water Park & Resort. We are situated right on the Ahmedabad Mehsana Highway, near the Amipura area of Mehsana. Being part of a water park means things are usually quite loud and energetic around here, especially during the weekends and holidays. The highway is always humming with cars and trucks passing between Ahmedabad and Mehsana. We’ve been here at this 384001 address for a while, and it’s a unique place to work. We aren't trying to be some high-end, polished establishment. We just serve the people who come to the resort or those driving along the highway who need a break. It gets pretty hectic when the park is full, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. The staff here is mostly local folks from around Amipura. We don’t have any big speeches. We just make sure the tables are clean and the food is ready for the crowds. It’s a lot of walking back and forth, but that is the job. The location is the main thing really, being right there on the highway makes us a convenient stop for travelers. We see a lot of different faces every week. It’s a straightforward business in a busy spot. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. Even on the quiet days, there is always some maintenance or prep work to do to keep the place going for the next rush.
