7 Spices Restaurant

If you are driving along the State Highway Road in Mehsana, you might see 7 Spices Restaurant. We are located in the Mira Building within the Industrial Estate area, right across from Hotel Sunshine. Being near the highway means we get a lot of truck drivers, travelers, and people who work in the nearby factories. It’s a rugged part of town, not really a place for sightseeing, but it’s where a lot of the real work happens. Our restaurant reflects that. It’s built to be practical and efficient. We have large tables because groups of workers often come in together for their break. The menu has a lot of hearty options that keep you full for a long time. I started this place because I saw there weren't many decent spots to eat around the industrial area. It’s been a lot of work getting everything set up, and some days are better than others. The heat from the highway and the kitchen can be a bit much in the summer, but we do our best to keep the place comfortable. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to look. We just open the doors in the morning and start cooking for whoever walks through. If you’re passing through Mehsana on the highway or you work in one of the estates nearby, we’re a convenient place to stop for a while and eat.
