Our place is out on the Visnagar Highway Road. Being near the IBP Petrol Pump in Gozaria means we get a lot of drivers. Most people are just passing through Mehsana or heading towards Visnagar. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve got the kitchen going most of the day. It gets hot in there, especially in the summer months. We serve what people like to eat when they’re on the road. Nothing too complicated. The tables are usually full around lunchtime. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the highway traffic, but we try to keep the inside tidy enough. We’ve been at this location for a while now. You get used to the sound of trucks and cars going by constantly. Sometimes a family stops in, sometimes it’s just a solo driver looking for a quick meal before moving on. We don’t do anything special, just the usual dishes. The staff here are local folks. We know the roads around here well. If someone asks for directions, we can usually help. It’s a busy spot but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the most famous place in Gujarat, just a reliable stop for anyone hungry on this stretch of road. The lights stay on late. We just do the work and hope the food hits the spot for whoever walks through the door. It is what it is, a highway stop where we do our best.
