Munir Restaurant

You can find Munir Restaurant at the Jay Ambe Complex along the Mehsana Unjha Rajasthan Highway. We are right there in the Bhandu area of Mehsana, basically right next to the Gita Petrol Pump. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are truck drivers who have been on the road for hours, and others are families traveling to Rajasthan. It’s a different kind of pace here because people are often in a hurry to get back on the road. We have to work fast to keep up. The complex is always busy with cars and trucks pulling in and out. Inside the restaurant, it’s pretty basic. We have sturdy tables and chairs that can handle the heavy use. We start our prep work very early because the highway never really sleeps. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy pots and cleaning up after the rush. We don't have a fancy menu with things you can't pronounce. It’s just solid food that fills you up. The noise from the highway is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot trying to serve the travelers and the people living nearby. It’s a tough business but we’ve been doing it for years now and we're used to it.
