Olive Fresh Grill Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at Jay Ambey Avenue 2, right along the Ahmedabad Mehsana Highway. It’s a busy stretch of road here in Dholasan. Being near the Saffrony Institute means we see a lot of students and people traveling between cities. The highway is always humming with trucks and cars, so there is never a quiet moment. We started this place because we wanted to have something reliable on this route. Mehsana is a growing area, and being out here on the highway has its own set of challenges. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are constantly wiping down tables. The kitchen stays busy because people are usually in a hurry to get back on the road. We have a simple setup here. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about having a place to sit down and take a break from driving. I usually spend my days checking on the supplies and talking to the drivers who stop by. We get a mix of regulars from the local area and people just passing through once. Some days the heat is really intense, and the air conditioning struggles to keep up. That’s just how it goes in this part of Gujarat. We try to keep things organized, but on weekends, it gets a bit overwhelming with the families coming in. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace by now.
