We talk about seeds, water, and who has a spare part for a pump. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a group of neighbors trying to make the most of our land. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’re used to it. This is just how we do things in our little corner of Uttar Pradesh. We just take life one harvest at a time.
