Bahadurganj Pro Agro Producer Company Limited is basically just a group of us working out of Prabhat Nagar in Nawabganj. We operate from Mamta Devi’s place, which is where most of the talking happens. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. People around here know us as the folks who try to get the farming stuff sorted for the local growers. Most days start early before the sun gets too high because Nawabganj can get really hot. We spend a lot of time looking at crops and figuring out what needs to be done next. It’s mostly about the practical side of things, like seeds and how the soil is doing this year. We don't have a big office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a regular house in the mohalla where we keep our registers and meet up. Sometimes the neighbors drop by, and we end up talking about the weather for an hour because that’s what matters most to us. Farming isn't always easy, and there are plenty of days when things don't go according to plan. We just try to keep moving forward and handle the work as it comes. Being in Bahadurganj means we are right in the middle of it all. It’s a quiet life mostly, focused on the ground and the plants. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the real work happens outside in the dirt anyway.
