The A M International

We are at 45 Main Road in Narimedu. It’s a very visible spot. The A M International is basically just a few of us working out of this office. We get a lot of mail and packages. Narimedu is a busy part of town. There is always someone walking by the window. We don't have a big storefront. It’s more of an office setup. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people overseas. The time zones can be tricky. Sometimes we are here very early or very late. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep the coffee pot full. That’s the most important piece of equipment we have. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just facilitate things. We move items from one place to another. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of coordination. The traffic on Main Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually wait for it to die down before we head home. We’ve become friends with the guy who runs the newsstand next door. It feels like a real community here. We don't need a polished image. We just need to get the job done right. Most of our files are still kept in physical folders because we trust paper more than the cloud. It’s just how we operate.
