Csi College Of Education

If you head over to Pasumalai in Madurai, you’ll find the CSI Institutional Campus. Our college of education is right there. It’s an older area of the city with a lot of history and large trees that make the whole place feel a bit cooler than the city center. The campus is quite big since there are other institutions nearby, but we have our own specific spot. People coming here are usually looking to get their training to become teachers. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don’t have those fancy modern lounges or anything. It’s just classrooms, a library that’s seen a lot of use, and some office space. The building has a lot of character, though it shows its age in some of the corners. Students from all over Tamil Nadu end up here, staying in local housing or commuting from other parts of Madurai. We spend our days going through the curriculum and practicing teaching methods. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our building, but it’s a nice walk under the trees. The staff is pretty relaxed, and we try to help out the students when they’re struggling with their projects. You won’t find any corporate mission statements on the walls here. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done to help people get their degrees. It’s been that way for a long time now.
