Anna University

We are located at 45 Kadlaikara Street in Melur, which is a part of the Madurai district. Being on Kadlaikara Street means we are right in the middle of the local life here. This Anna University office serves as a point of contact for many people in the surrounding areas who can't always make it into the main city. The building is simple, and we try to keep things organized, even when the paperwork starts to pile up during the busy months. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long—people talking, scooters going by, and the general hum of the town. We spend a lot of time talking to students and their parents. They often have a lot of questions about courses and requirements, and we do our best to give them straight answers. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist and a waiting room; it’s more of a walk-in kind of place where things are a bit informal. We have a few ceiling fans that work hard to keep the place cool, and we usually have a stack of forms ready on the counter. It is honest work, helping people navigate the university system from a small town like Melur. We like being part of the local scene and seeing familiar faces every day as people go about their business.
