Sathya Beauty Parlour

Sathya Beauty Parlour and Hair Dressers is our little shop located on Nehruji Street at the 4th Stop in Thirunagar, Madurai. We’ve been here in this neighborhood for quite a while, doing haircuts and beauty work for the people living nearby. It’s a basic shop with the usual mirrors, chairs, and tools we need for the day. We don't go for any of that high-end salon talk; it’s just a place where you can come in and get your hair done or get a threading done without much fuss. The shop can get pretty crowded on the weekends or during the wedding season, so there’s often a bit of a wait. We just have a few people working here, and we try our best to keep up with everyone who walks in. The fans are always going to keep the place cool, and we usually have some local music or the news playing in the background. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We know their families and what they usually want when they sit in the chair. It’s a busy life, and our hands are always moving, but it’s a good way to spend the day. We just focus on doing the job right so people leave looking a bit better than when they came in. That’s about all there is to it. We open early and stay open until the last customer is done.
