Nithis Salon

We are located in Mm Nagar, specifically in Chockalinga Nagar in Madurai. The pin code here is 625016. It’s a local salon in a neighborhood that has grown a lot. We aren’t on a big main road, so it’s a bit more peaceful here than in the center of Madurai. The building is simple. We have the usual salon chairs and the mirrors. It’s a place where men and boys from the area come to get a haircut or a shave. We keep it basic. The floors get covered in hair pretty quickly so we are always sweeping. Madurai is a hot place, so people come in to get cleaned up and feel a bit cooler. We talk about the local matches or the weather while we work. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning that works all the time, but we have fans. Chockalinga Nagar is a nice community. Most of our customers live within walking distance. We know their names and how they like their hair cut. We’ve been here long enough that we see the kids grow up. It’s just a regular part of life for us.
