Margreat Salon

We have been here in Sikkandar Savadi for a while now. People know the shop because it's right near the Pasingapuram bus stop on Alaganallur Main Road. It’s a busy spot. Inside, it’s just a normal place where we cut hair and do the usual stuff. Sometimes the chairs are full, especially on weekends when everyone has time off. We just open up in the morning and stay until evening. It’s not a fancy place with lots of decorations or big signs. Just a simple door and a few mirrors. The fans keep it cool enough, though it gets hot in Madurai. We see a lot of the same faces from around the neighborhood. People stop by after work or when they’re waiting for their bus. It’s convenient for them. We don't have a website or anything like that. If you want a trim or just a quick shave, you just walk in. There’s a bit of talk, maybe some news playing on the radio. Nothing too loud. We try to keep things clean, but it's a small space so it gets messy fast with hair on the floor. We sweep it up when we can. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. It’s a steady job. We like the area and the people are generally nice to talk to while we work. It is just a basic neighborhood shop and we like it that way.
