Mangayarkarasi College Of Education For Women is situated out in Samayanallur, which is a bit of a distance from the main center of Madurai. It is a much quieter place out here, which works well for a college. We have been running this place for several years, specifically for women who want to become teachers. Every morning, you see the yellow buses arriving with students from all the nearby villages and towns. The buildings are very simple and functional. We have a library that is usually full during exam time and some big halls where the students practice their teaching skills.
