Our shop is number 54 in the New Grain Market area on Gill Road. To find us, you have to go to the backside of Arora Palace. It’s a place with a lot of movement, especially with the market right there. There are always trucks coming and going and people carrying stuff. We’ve been at this spot for quite a long time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and chairs where we handle our travel work. We deal with all sorts of tours and travel arrangements. Sometimes someone wants a car for a wedding, other times they need a long-distance trip booked. We don’t have a big team or any fancy marketing stuff. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and trying to get things sorted for the customers. The noise from the grain market can be a bit much in the mornings, but that’s just life in Ludhiana. We drink a lot of tea while we work and try to keep up with all the changes in travel rules. We don't use those polished scripts you get from big companies. If you come in, we just talk to you like a normal person. Most of our business comes from people who live or work nearby. They know where we are and that we’ve been here through the years. It’s a practical business and we just focus on getting the work done every day.
