We are located at Sco 123, up on the first floor. If you walk up the stairs, you'll find Make A Wish Holidays. It’s a small office, mostly filled with travel brochures and a few maps pinned to the walls. We spend our days looking at flights and hotels and trying to figure out the best ways for people to get from one place to another. It sounds like fun, and it is, but it’s also a lot of staring at computer screens and waiting for confirmations. We aren't one of those massive websites where you never talk to a person. It’s just us here, answering the phone and trying to help people plan their time off. Most of us love to travel ourselves, so we end up chatting a lot about places we’ve been. The office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. Sco 123 is easy enough to find once you’re in the area. We don’t do the hard sell or anything like that. We just listen to where people want to go and see if we can make the logistics work out. It’s a simple business really. We like hearing the stories people tell us when they get back from their trips. That’s probably the best part of being in this office every day, seeing the photos and hearing how the vacations actually went.
