Kuoni Travel India Pvt Ltd on A R K Road in the Industrial Area is where we work. We are at number 9, which isn't too hard to find if you know where the big factories are located. It’s a bit different being in an industrial zone compared to a normal shopping street. There is always a lot of dust from the trucks passing by, and the noise of machinery is just part of the background here for us. Our office is a place where we handle a lot of travel details for people in the city. We spend a lot of time on our headsets or typing away at the keyboards. The lighting is that typical office white, and we have a water cooler that makes a loud gulping sound every few minutes. It’s a professional enough setup, but we keep it pretty relaxed on the inside. We eat our lunch together at the back table most days of the week. Sometimes someone brings in sweets because it’s their kid’s birthday or some other celebration. The road outside gets really packed during the afternoon shift changes, so we try to time our bank errands around that. It is a busy place to be. We deal with all sorts of itineraries, mostly for folks who want to go abroad or across the country. It’s just us here, doing the daily work and making sure the tickets are printed correctly. We don't have any big posters on the walls.
