Global Tour & Travels

We started Global Tour & Travels a while back. Our office is right here in Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, specifically at 59-D in B.R.S Nagar. It is not a very big place, but it works for what we do. Mostly, people just stop by when they need help with a trip or a train booking. My brother and I sit here most of the day. Some days are very quiet, and we just drink tea and wait for the phone to ring. Other days, like during the holidays, it gets a bit crowded in the small office. We handle all sorts of things, like booking flights or finding a taxi for someone going to the airport. We have been in this spot for a long time now, so most of the neighbors know us. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants to go somewhere, we look up the prices and tell them. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, which is annoying but that is how it goes. People around here seem to like that they can just walk in and talk to a real person instead of trying to figure everything out on a phone. We do not have fancy chairs or anything, just a few desks and some maps on the wall. It is a local business and we like being part of the B.R.S Nagar community. Usually, we open around ten and stay until the work is finished. It is just us here, doing our best to help out.
