Travel Zone

Travel Zone is located at Model Gram Hosur Road 1. It’s a pretty simple place to find once you are on Hosur Road. We are right there at the start of the area. The office is just a single room with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we look up their travel dates. It’s often quite busy because of where we are located. There’s a lot of foot traffic outside throughout the day. We spend most of our time staring at screens and making phone calls to coordinate with drivers and various hotels. The walls are mostly bare except for a big map of India that has some pins in it. We have a small fridge in the corner for cold water, which is a lifesaver when it gets humid. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend twenty minutes fixing it, which is always a pain when someone is waiting. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a local spot where you can get your travel sorted. Most of the people who come in are students or workers from the nearby area. We just tell people the costs and how long it takes to get things done. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we like seeing people get excited about their trips. We usually close up around seven, unless there’s a last-minute booking that needs to be finished. It’s just a normal day at the office.
