Kundra Travels

Kundra Travels has been operating out of Gurdev Nagar for several years now. Our spot is at 2813 on Bagalur Main Road. It is a busy street, so there is always noise from the traffic outside while we work. Most people who come to us are looking for a way to get out of the city for a bit or need a ride to the next town. We started this because we knew a lot about the local routes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a plain room with some files and a computer that sometimes acts up. My cousin helps me out during the weekends when things get busier. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they should be. It can be stressful when a car breaks down or someone is late, but we manage. We grew up around here, so we know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic on Bagalur Main Road. People stop by to ask for directions sometimes, and we don't mind. We keep a stash of cold water in the back for when it gets hot. It is just a small local operation, nothing more. We do not use any big systems, just our notebooks and a bit of patience. Most of our customers are regulars from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized with our paperwork.
