Ur Trip

Our office is right at the Esi Hospital Chowk on Bus Stand Road. If you know where Goldy Juice Bar is, we are just across from there, near the State Bank of Patiala. It’s a very busy corner in Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana. There’s always someone outside selling something or cars trying to squeeze past each other. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the noise from the bus stand is just something we’ve gotten used to. Inside, it’s a simple travel shop. We handle bookings for trips, whether it’s for work or a family visit. We spend most of our time checking dates and prices on the computer. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us because they’re passing by on their way to the bank or the hospital. We try to give people clear answers about their travel options. If a flight is expensive, we tell them. If a train is full, we look for another day. It’s just practical stuff. We’ve lived in Ludhiana a long time, so we know how the local transport works. We just sit here at the chowk, help our customers, and watch the world go by through the front window. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood.
