Skyways Airline Services is over at Shop No. 24/25 on Kochar Market Road. We are right at the Kochar Market Chowk, quite close to the E.S.I. Hospital. It’s a lively area with plenty of shops and people walking around. Our shop is easy to spot because of the location. I’ve been working here for quite a while now, and I’ve seen the market change a lot over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a couple of computers where we look up flights. It can get pretty hectic when the holiday season comes around and everyone is trying to book tickets at the same time. I usually have a stack of paperwork on my desk that I’m trying to get through. The street noise is always there, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we just run a local shop where you can get your travel stuff sorted. People often drop by while they are doing their grocery shopping in the market. I try to be as quick as I can with the bookings because I know nobody likes waiting around. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have any fancy waiting room, just some chairs if you need to sit for a minute. It works for us and the people who come by. Ludhiana is a busy city, and we are right in the thick of it here at the chowk.
