Shine Tour & Travel is based at 42 Santosh Nagar, which is right on the Jalandhar Bypass Main Road in Ludhiana. We are in the Shivpuri neighborhood, specifically in New Shivpuri. Being right on the bypass means we are in a very busy spot with lots of cars and buses going past all the time. It is a good place for a travel business because so many people are already on the move near here. Our office is a simple one, with just the basic things we need to get the work done. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive signage. We mainly help people with their travel bookings and making sure they have everything they need for their journeys. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together. I have lived in this part of Ludhiana for a long time, so I know the area well. When people come into the shop, we just have a normal conversation about their plans. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or corporate talk. We just try to find the best options available at the time. Sometimes the bypass gets really clogged with traffic, especially in the evenings, but we are always here at the desk. It’s a practical, no-nonsense business where we focus on being helpful to the people who walk through our door in Santosh Nagar.
