Ruby Tour & Travels

Ruby Tour & Travels is situated right across from the Power Office in Ludhiana. We are also very close to the Subji Mandi, so the whole area is always full of life and activity. In the mornings, you can hear all the vendors at the market. Our office is quite simple and we have been here for a long time. We mostly help people with booking buses or finding a car for a trip. It is not a very big space. We have a few old posters on the wall and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't spend a lot on fancy furniture. We just want to make sure the work gets done. My partner and I share the workload. Sometimes we get very busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing. Other days are slower and we just sit and talk about the news. We know the roads around here very well. People come to us because we are easy to talk to and we don't use any complicated jargon. We are just a local business in a busy part of town. The location is great because everyone knows where the Power Office is. We often have to step out to get some tea or a quick snack from the stalls nearby. It is a good place to work and we have many friends in the market. We take down all the booking details by hand first to make sure we don't miss anything. It's a busy life but it's okay.
