We have our little shop here at 260-A in the R1Complex. It’s right in Model Town Extension. Most days, we get here early before the sun gets too hot. Being on Krishna Mandir Road means there’s always people walking by, especially on their way to the temple. Sometimes they just stick their head in to ask about a bus or a train. We’ve been sitting in this same spot in Ludhiana for a bit now. It isn't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we keep our registers and the computer stays on all day. My desk is usually covered in papers because there is always something to check or a form to fill out. The tea guy from around the corner knows when to bring our glasses without us even asking. We deal with all sorts of travel things. People come in wanting to go see family or maybe take a trip somewhere they’ve never been. We just sit down and try to figure out how to get them there without too much trouble. The internet can be slow sometimes, but we get the work done. It’s a busy street, so there is always noise from the traffic and the shops nearby. We just like being part of the neighborhood here. It’s a simple way to make a living, helping folks get from one place to another. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local spot for travel help.
