We spend our days at Pristine Vacations planning out trips and holidays for people in Ludhiana. The office is functional and has everything we need, like our computers and a bunch of files from past trips we’ve organized. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby or anything; it’s just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time researching different hotels and resorts to see what they are actually like before we suggest them to anyone. It’s a lot of reading reviews and looking at maps. People usually come in with a rough idea of where they want to go, and we try to help them figure out the details like flights and where to stay for the 141001 area. The market outside is always bustling with activity, but our spot behind the hotel stays relatively calm. We like being in Feroze Gandhi Market because it’s so central and everyone knows where it is. We’ve been in this same SCO for years and have seen many of the same faces around the building. We don't have any flashy marketing; we just focus on the daily job of putting vacations together. It’s straightforward work and we enjoy the process of helping people.
