Our office is in the Nanakana Sahib Complex, specifically at B-10. It is right in Jawahar Nagar, and most people find us by looking for the White House across the street. We have been here in Ludhiana for a long time. Parmod Travels Air Lines Services is what it says on the door. It sounds formal, but inside it is just us working through flight schedules and ticket prices. Air travel can be confusing with all the different airlines and their weird rules about bags and seats. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking things for people. Sometimes the site crashes or the prices jump up while we are looking, which is frustrating for everyone. We try to be patient. It is not just about flying though; we do a bit of everything for local travelers. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we keep the chairs clean for visitors. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. If you come by, you will likely see one of us on the phone trying to get a better deal for a client. That is just the daily grind here. We have seen Jawahar Nagar change a lot over the years, but we are still here at the same spot. It is a practical business run by local people.
