Pardeep Tour & Travel is located right at Samrala Chowk in Ludhiana, specifically at the main chowk area. It’s one of those places that never really gets quiet because of all the traffic coming from different directions. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we’ve seen the chowk change quite a bit as more shops opened up. Our office is simple and straightforward. We handle a lot of different travel requests, from local car rentals to longer tours for families who live around the 141008 zip code. Because we are right at the main chowk, it’s easy for drivers to find us and for customers to drop by while they are out doing their shopping. The building we are in is right in the thick of it, so there is always a bit of dust from the road, but we try to keep the inside tidy. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routes and the rates. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It can get a bit stressful when there’s a traffic jam at the chowk and a car is running late, but we manage. Most of our customers are locals who know they can just walk in and ask us what’s available. It’s a basic service for people who need to get around. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
