Our place is at House Number-2821/B, right on the Delhi Road. We are sitting near the Samrala Chowk, specifically the bypass side of things. If you know where the Perfect Marriage Palace is, then you’ve basically found us because we are right opposite that. It’s a lively spot to be, especially when there is a wedding going on and the whole road lights up with decorations and music. We get a lot of people coming in because we are right on the main bypass. They are usually looking to get out of the city or need a ride for a big group. Since we are in a house-style building, it feels a bit more relaxed than a shopping mall office. We have our seats set up and the fans are usually going full speed in the summer. It’s a family-run kind of feel. We spend our mornings checking the routes and making sure the drivers are ready or the tickets are printed out right. Living and working so close to the Samrala Bypass Chowk means we see all sorts of travelers passing through Ludhiana. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We keep it simple and just focus on getting people where they need to go without any fuss. It's a busy part of town but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
