Pandit Taxi Services

Pandit Taxi Services is based at Shop Number 9 on Baba Gurmukh Singh Road in the New Shimlapuri area. We are located right opposite the Dushera Ground, which is a big open space that everyone in Ludhiana knows. It gets very crowded when there are fairs or festivals at the ground, but most days it is just a normal street. I have been running this taxi service for quite some years now. We have a few cars and some drivers who have been with me for a long time. They are local men who know the roads well. Our office is just a small room where I sit and take bookings over the phone or talk to people who walk in. We don't have a website or an app; we just do things the old-fashioned way. If someone needs a car for a trip to the airport or a family function, they call me up. I make sure a car is clean and ready to go. Sometimes there are delays because of the traffic on Baba Gurmukh Singh Road, but we try to plan around that. It is a straightforward business without any complications. We aren't looking to expand into a huge company. We are just happy serving the people in our neighborhood and making sure they get where they need to go. It’s a regular part of life here in New Shimlapuri.
