Olive Travels

Olive Travels is located over in BRS Nagar, specifically at B-460. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been operating from this address for a good bit of time now, helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s not a huge office, just a comfortable enough space where we can sit down and look at schedules on the screen. The street outside can get a little crowded with parked cars in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in Ludhiana. I usually have the tea kettle going in the back if it's a slow morning. We don't have fancy brochures everywhere, just the basics to get things moving. Most of the people who come in are from around the block or have heard about us through a neighbor. I handle a lot of the phone calls myself, so if you call, you’ll likely just talk to me. It’s a straightforward setup. We deal with trains, planes, and whatever else comes up. I try to make sure I don't miss any details when typing in the names, because mistakes are a pain to fix later. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. I like being in BRS Nagar because it feels more like a community than the busier parts of the city. We keep the doors open during the day, and people just pop in when they need something for their upcoming trip.
