New Holidays Tour

We set up New Holidays Tour on Pnb Road in the Salem Tabri area of Ludhiana. Our shop is quite easy to spot because we are right near the post office. It is a handy location for people running errands nearby. We spend our days answering phones and talking to folks who want to go somewhere for a few days. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when the mail is being delivered. We do not do anything too fancy, just book tours and help people with their travel dates. My cousin and I usually handle the desk together. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed help with their tickets. It is a small place, nothing like those big offices in the city center. We keep things pretty simple. If someone wants to travel, we look at the options and tell them what is available. There is no pressure or anything like that. We have been here for some time now and most of the neighbors know us by name. The post office next door is a good landmark if you are coming for the first time. We just keep the doors open and wait for customers to come in with their questions. It is a straightforward job and we try to do it right. Sometimes we stay late if a booking is stuck or if the internet is slow.
