M.M Travels

M.M Travels is located at 1171/LIG Flats on Old Police Station Road in the Dugri Urban Estate area of Ludhiana. We are quite close to where the old police station used to be, which is how most people find us. Since we are in a residential area like the LIG Flats, it is a bit quieter than the main markets. I started this travel business because I live nearby and wanted to offer something to the people in my own community. The office is just a small room that we’ve set up to handle bookings. There is no big staff or fancy reception area. Usually, it is just me or a family member here to answer the phone and help with tickets. People from the nearby flats often drop by to ask about travel costs for their upcoming trips. We don't have any corporate rules or scripted things to say. We just talk to people like we talk to our neighbors. If a flight or a bus is full, we look for another one. It’s a very simple way of working. We’ve been here for a while and have built up a lot of trust with the locals. Sometimes we sit and chat about things other than travel, which is the nice part of being a local business. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a helpful place in Dugri Urban Estate.
