You can find us over on Samrala Chowk Road. Our shop is right there near Shingar Road, which stays pretty busy all through the day. We are quite close to the Division No 3 police station area, so it’s easy for people to explain where we are if they’re giving directions. It gets a bit loud with all the rickshaws and cars honking outside, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get through the chowk. We spend most of our time at the desk, looking up schedules and making sure people get their tickets on time. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the energy of Ludhiana. Sometimes someone will stop by just to ask for directions, and we help them out, then they end up coming back later to book a trip. We don’t have any big signs with flashing lights, just our name and the door open to the street. Inside, it’s just us and our equipment. We handle a lot of local travel, but also long trips when people want to go far away. Usually, we are drinking tea and chatting with whoever walks in. It’s just how we do things here. We know the roads around here well and we know how long it takes to get to the next town. If you’re walking near the Shingar Road side, you’ll see our place easily enough. It's a bit dusty with the traffic, but we are always here ready to help folks out.
