Our office is at 3747 on 22 Feet Road in New Tagore Nagar. It is not on the main highway, so it is a bit quieter back here. We have been in Ludhiana for a while now. The building is a regular one and we occupy just a small part of it. Inside, we have some desks and a few chairs for when people come to talk about their trips. We aren't a big company with many branches. It is just a local place where we do our work every day. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait to finish a booking, which can be a bit annoying. We handle a lot of family trips and local tours. My cousin helps me with the paperwork sometimes. We don't have a big sign out front, just a simple one so people know where we are. The neighbors are nice and we often chat with them during lunch. We drink a lot of water because it gets so hot in the office during the summer months. We don't use any fancy software, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We don't do much advertising because most people find us through their friends or family members. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door. Some days are very slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, but other days we can hardly keep up with the typing. It’s just how things go.
