Kamalpreet Singh Ghuman

I run things out of my place at House No 1827/2 in Pavittar Nagar, which is over in Haibowal Kalan. It’s right near the police station, so it’s easy to give people directions. Since it’s a house, it doesn’t feel like a cold office at all. I have a dedicated space set up where I do all the travel work. Kamalpreet Singh Ghuman is the name on the door, and it’s basically just me handling the bookings and the paperwork. I started doing this because friends kept asking me for help with their travels, and eventually, it just turned into a regular thing. My desk is usually covered in notes and scraps of paper with flight numbers and dates. It might look a bit messy to someone else, but I know where everything is. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s fairly quiet during the day except for the occasional car passing by. I like working from home because I can stay late if a customer needs something urgently without having to worry about locking up a separate shop. People usually call before they come over, but I don't mind walk-ins if I'm around. I try to be honest about what’s available and what’s not. It’s a small, personal way to do business, and I think people appreciate not having to deal with a big company. I've lived in Ludhiana my whole life, and Haibowal Kalan has always been home.
