We are over at the Ludhiana Bus Stand, specifically shop 5/12 in the Jawahar Nagar area. It’s a busy spot, always noisy with the buses pulling in and out all day long. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. Dealing with passengers and making sure the bus schedules are sorted takes up most of my morning. People come in looking for tickets to various places, and we just try to get them on their way. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a small place right where the action is. Sometimes the heat gets to you in the summer, but that’s just how it is working at the stand. We see all kinds of people passing through Ludhiana every day. Some are in a hurry, others are just waiting around for their connection. I usually spend my time checking the logs and talking to the drivers when they come back from a trip. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things moving. We’ve been at this address for a while, so most of the regulars know where to find us. If you’re at the bus stand, we are right there near the main entrance. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things don't get too messy. It's practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. Just keeping the buses running and people moving from one city to the next.
