Our shop is number 115 in the Gol Market area of Urban State, which is part of Jamalpur Colony. If you are looking for us, we are right next to Pinky Bakery. You can usually smell the fresh bread and cakes from their ovens while we are sitting at our desks. Gol Market is a very local spot where everyone knows everyone else. We have been here for a good while, helping people with their tours and travel plans. The shop is small and can get a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to talk about a summer trip. We have a few posters on the walls and some chairs for visitors. It is a very lived-in space. We do not use any complicated systems or fancy language here. We just sit down, open the files, and see what can be done for the person standing in front of us. Jamalpur Colony is a busy place, and the market stays active until late in the evening. There is always someone coming or going. Being near the bakery helps people find us easily because everyone knows where Pinky Bakery is. We are just a local travel shop trying to help out our neighbors with their tickets and holiday plans. It is simple work and we like being part of this community in Ludhiana. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it does the job just fine for us.
