If you head over to Model Town in Ludhiana, you will find us at Shop Number 60. We are in the Gyan Singh Radhewalla Market, which is quite close to the Passport Office. That location is pretty useful because people often think about traveling when they are getting their passports sorted. Harjit Hss Tour & Travels is a small setup. We do not have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the business well. We deal with all the usual travel stuff, like planning trips and getting cars. It is a lot of talking on the phone and typing on the computer. Some days the market is really loud and it is hard to hear, but we manage. We are not into those big corporate speeches. We just tell you what the cost is and what to expect. If a hotel isn't that great, we will probably tell you to pick another one. We like things to be straightforward. We have lived in Ludhiana our whole lives, so we know what people here like. The office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once, but we always find enough chairs. It is just a local business trying to do right by the people who walk in. No more, no less. We are usually there from morning until late evening, making sure all the bookings are confirmed for the next day.
