Guru Kirpa Travels

Our place is in the Diamond Complex over in Model Town, right on Model Town Road. It’s a pretty well-known area in Ludhiana, and we’ve been operating from here for a good bit. The office is just a regular room where we handle all the travel stuff. It’s not one of those shiny buildings, just a practical space where we can get work done. I usually get in early to check the messages and see what needs to be handled first. Model Town is a nice place to work because it’s a bit different from the chaos of the main bus stand area. There are a lot of local shops around us, and I know most of the people working in the nearby units. We spend the day talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are where they need to be. It’s a lot of logistics, really. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like when a car breaks down or the traffic is particularly bad on the road to Chandigarh. We just deal with it as it comes. I’ve lived in Ludhiana all my life, so I know these roads like the back of my hand. We aren't doing anything complicated here, just moving people around and helping them get where they're going. It's a small team, and we all just pitch in to keep the day running smoothly.
