You can find us in the basement of Nankana Sahib Complex, right across from the Ludhiana Bus Stand. It’s a bit of a tight space in rooms 4 and 5, but it works for what we do. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always someone walking in asking about travel routes or ticket prices. It gets pretty crowded on Bharat Nagar road outside, especially during peak hours when everyone is trying to catch a ride. We started this small office because we knew the area well and saw how many people needed help getting their trips organized. I usually sit here at the desk handling the phone calls and writing down bookings in the ledger. It’s not some big corporate setup with lots of computers. We keep things simple and manual mostly. The basement stays a bit cooler than the street, which is nice during the June heat. Sometimes people get lost looking for the entrance since we are downstairs, but once they find us, they usually come back next time. We’ve been part of this market for a while now. Dealing with the daily traffic and the noise of the buses is just part of our routine. We handle a lot of local travelers who are just trying to get home or visit family. It’s steady work, and we just take it one day at a time here in Ludhiana.
