We set up shop at Sco2-3, number 80 in Model Gram. Ludhiana 141002 is our home base. Model Gram is a decent area, a bit more organized than some other parts of the city. We have a bit of space here to sit down with people and go over their travel plans. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just some desks and chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone, usually dealing with hotel bookings or trying to find better rates for tours. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Some days we are flooded with calls, and other days it’s just us catching up on paperwork. We aren't a massive company with a call center; when you call, you just get one of us here in the office. We try to be honest about what a trip will actually be like. There’s no point in telling someone a hotel is great if we know it’s just okay. We’ve learned a lot about the travel business just by doing it every day for years. We handle the bookings, print the tickets, and make sure the dates line up. It’s simple, honest work. We like being in Model Gram because it’s easy for people to reach us. We keep the office open pretty regular hours, though we might step out for lunch now and then. That's just how we run things.
