We are located at shop number 64 in the Randhir Singh Complex, which is right in the middle of Ghumar Mandi. If you know Ludhiana, you know how packed and lively Ghumar Mandi is. There are shops everywhere and people walking all over the place. Our shop is a small unit among many others. I spend my days here surrounded by brochures and calendars. It’s a lot of work coordinating trips and making sure everything is booked correctly. I don’t use any fancy software; I mostly rely on my old computer and my phone. People come in while they are out shopping for clothes or groceries and stop by to ask about their next holiday. It’s a friendly environment. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the market noise outside, but I’ve grown to like it. I’ve been in this complex for a few years now. The space is a bit cramped when we have more than two people visiting at once, but we make it work. I personally handle most of the bookings myself because I like to know exactly what’s going on. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just help people get their tickets and their hotels sorted out so they can go on their way. It’s a busy life in a busy market, but it keeps me on my toes every day.
