We are located on the first floor at B-17-238 in Bharat Nagar. If you look across from the Esi Hospital, you’ll see us. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up some stairs, which is a bit of a workout every day. We’ve been here in Ludhiana for a bit, helping people with their holiday bookings. Our office is a basic room with some computers and a lot of files. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we work. We spend our time looking at various travel portals and trying to piece together trips that make sense. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit frantic, but mostly it's just steady work. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just talk to folks, find out where they want to go, and see what we can find for them. The area around Bharat Nagar is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve had all sorts of people come in, from students looking for cheap tickets to older couples wanting a quiet trip. We just do the booking part and hand over the papers. We try to be as straightforward as we can. If something is going to be a hassle, we tell you upfront. It’s just easier that way for everyone involved. We’re just local people doing our jobs and keeping the shop running.
